Honestly, I’m not too impressed. I bought a battery, double-checked everything on their site, and placed my order.

Turns out, it wasn’t the right battery, but WatchBattery (UK) Ltd won’t admit any fault on their end or that their website could be wrong. They also won’t refund the postage for a new, unused return.

They’re saying it’s my mistake for ordering wrong, but how can you order anything other than what’s on the website?

The postage isn’t a huge deal, but let’s be real, customers aren’t always at fault. Feedback should help improve services, not just be brushed aside.

I’ve got the device and manual right here, and I know what it says. I followed the website’s instructions to the letter.

There are plenty of other places to shop, and I won’t be coming back here.
